Holly Lawrence

Wenn Holly Lawrence fit ist, ist sie kaum zu schlagen. Seit 2016 mischt die in London geborene Triathletin die Szene auf der Mitteldistanz auf. Elf Siege bei Ironman-70.3-Rennen (Stand 2. Februar 2019) hat die Britin seit 2016 gesammelt, im selben Jahr wurde sie in Sunshine Coast auch Weltmeisterin. Unterbrochen wurde die beeindruckende Siegesserie 2018, als sie in Oceanside Dritte und in Dubai Zweite wurde. Anschließend musste Lawrence wegen eines gebrochenen Knöchels eine Zwangspause von acht Monaten einlegen, im Dezember meldete sie sich mit einem Sieg beim Ironman 70.3 Bahrain zurück.
